Before arriving at the facility it will be necessary to have completed and sent the health self-certification form that we will provide you.
It will also be possible to do a smart check-in for those who wish to do so, just go to the reception and collect the room key.
A sanitizing gel dispenser positioned at the entrance, the vademecum and the information in the hall will be at your disposal.
TRAINED STAFF READY TO WELCOME YOU
All our collaborators have been trained on prevention, hygiene and safety protocols, moreover during the service they will always be equipped with gloves and masks.
WIDE AND SANITIZED COMMON ENVIRONMENTS
The large spaces, sanitized several times a day with products containing 75% alcohol, will help make your holiday a safe one. A hand sanitizer dispenser will be present in all common areas.
THE ROOMS, CLEAN AND FRESH
Upon your arrival in the room you will find the tag on the door: it is the attestation that your room has been sanitized and aired according to protocols. We do this with every guest change.
Daily we clean your room with adequate sanitizing products and pay particular attention to the parts that are frequently touched such as remote control, handles, switches, etc.
LINENS AND YOUR TRANQUILITY
The linens are certified at each change because they are washed according to the regulations indicated by the Ministry of Health.
We want to guarantee you the possibility to choose only what makes you serene, for this reason you can request that no cleaner cleans your room during your stay.

Borgo San Gaetano welcomes you with its large gardens and its pretty alley, where you can have breakfast: naturally well-spaced tables allow you to have breakfast in complete serenity.
Our operators are happy to welcome your requests directly to the table or via whatsapp and prepare what you want: all the rich Bernaldese breakfast in Borgo San Gaetano will remain unchanged and at your disposal!
So you can start the day with a tasty treat while sitting comfortably at your own table.
