HOW TO REACH US
From the Tyrrhenian coast: take the Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway. Follow the signs to Potenza. Then continue to Metaponto along SS 407 "Basentana" until reaching signs for Bernalda.
From the Adriatic coast: take the Bologna-Taranto highway to the Bari Nord exit. Continue to the industrial area, taking SS96 Altamura-Matera, n the SS 99 and, finally, SP380 to Metaponto.
From Calabria and Sicily: take the Reggio Calabria-Salerno highway. Exit at Sibari and take the SS 106 Jonica to Taranto. Take the Bernalda exit near Metaponto.
From Salento: the easiest way is to pass Taranto and take the SS 106 Jonica to the Bernalda exit near Metaponto.
The nearest airport is Bari Palese, at about 60 kms. Bari Palese is not only connected with major Italian cities, but also with international destinations, such as London (Stanstead and Gatwick), Paris, Barcellona, Brussels, Cologne, Bucharest, Tirana, Stuttgart, Munich, and Timisoara. Airlines include: Alitalia, British Airways, Lufthansa, MyAir, Ryan Air, Hapag Lloyd, AirOne, and Club Air. Alternatively, you can arrive at the airport of Brindisi (about 140 kms) and Naples (about 250 kms).
Transfer service by reservation from the Bari airport and train station to Matera, Metaponto station and Ferrandina station, Brindisi, Naples, and Rome.
